Occupational therapist and ergonomist, Pascaline Eloy is a business consultant specializing in ergonomics and prevention of musculoskeletal disorders. Work analyst and certified trainer, she supports the ValkarTech team in the implementation of efficient and safe working methods in housekeeping and she also acts as consultant to help them integrate ergonomics into their project.
A passionate communicator and experienced trainer in the field of health promotion, her business approach to business is creative, dynamic and personalized. Her practice includes the prevention of MSDs in companies, various ergonomics and training projects. Her interests and expertise focus on handling, job analysis related to functional limitations, and support for workplaces in the implementation of an effective ergonomics and health promotion program.
For more than 10 years, she has been involved in teaching the master's degree in occupational therapy and the master's degree in rehabilitation practices at the University of Sherbrooke and has participated in research as a research specialist for the IRSST.
