Before joining the ValkarTech team as an Advisor/Auditor, Mélanie worked for more than 20 years in the restaurant and hotel industry, first as a Chef and then in sales. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Communications and a Certificate in Marketing.
Mélanie is recognized for her leadership focused on performance and results. Teamwork, creativity, logistical skills, problem solving and customer satisfaction are all strengths and qualities that have allowed her to make her way in various fields of work.
Mélanie's versatility fits perfectly with ValkarTech's multidisciplinary team. As Executive Assistant, she is actively involved in all aspects of Communications, the writing, editing and translation of documents, articles and social media content.
Mélanie is an ISSA-CMI Accredited Auditing Professional and a Certified Auditor by the Mouvement québécois de la qualité. She holds two different food hygiene and safety certifications from MAPAQ, that of Food Handler and Food Services Manager.
