Marie-France Denoncourt

Marie-France Denoncourt assists food processing companies and plants in the development, implementation and improvement of their quality control systems.  She contributes to the success of their external certification audits and helps them comply with the industry's highest quality standards, as recognized by the GFSI (BRC, SQF) and quality management programs (HACCP, GMP).

To do so, Marie-France conducts in-depth internal audits, makes informed recommendations and provides effective coaching to clients.  She has nearly 25 years of experience in quality assurance in the agri-food industry, including 15 years as quality assurance manager for a fish processing plant and 5 years as a consultant and internal auditor.

​

An enthusiastic believer in continuing education, she has a technical degree in dietetics, university studies in food science and technology and agri-food management, as well as several GFSI training courses.

 

Director of the agri-food section at ValkarTech, she is appreciated for her thoroughness, her ease of communication and her ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
